Outers
The outers are found later on they are Pluto (found in sailormoon r) Neptune, Uranus and Saturn (found in s). Their leader is Uranus but the most powerful one is Saturn (she defeated Pharoh 90 and can destroy a planet!) In the Silver Millenium the outers fought against intruders coming from outside the solar system.

Others
There are tonz of other minor characters and villians but I will have to put up another section for them there are so many!
